Dr. Legg was born in Mankato, Minnesota, and raised in Quincy, Illinois. He began his studies in Pre-Med at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville before earning his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University in Chesterfield, Missouri. He is nationally board-certified in Acupuncture and a certified Medical Examiner. In addition, Dr. Legg has been recognized for his work and published in Chiropractic Economics magazine.
